Franny
Armstrong, 27, spent three years producing the 60-minute documentary
'McLibel: Two Worlds Collide', the inside story of the historic McDonald's
libel trial. The film was made with no budget and a volunteer crew
which included Britain's top movie director Ken Loach (My Name Is
Joe), who directed the courtroom reconstructions. The completed film
was banned for legal reasons in the UK, but has been shown widely
around the world. Franny might also have been involved with the 'McSpotlight'
internet site - ask her lawyer for more details - which has been accessed
more than 70 million times and which was described by Wired magazine
as 'the blueprint for all activist websites'. |
